Introduction
This policy governs the return and refund procedures for all transactions made through Eziu.com. This policy aims to protect the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers.
Payment
- Direct Payment: Buyers make payments directly to the seller's PayPal account. Eziu.com is not involved in the payment process and is not responsible for any form of financial transaction between buyers and sellers.
Conditions for Return of Items
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and all accompanying accessories.
- Items that are personal (e.g., underwear), perishable (e.g., food, beverages), or digital (e.g., e-books, software) generally cannot be returned unless damaged in shipping.
- Items that have been used, damaged due to buyer error, or do not have proof of purchase cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
- Buyers must submit a return request no later than 30 days after receiving the item.
- The buyer contacts the seller directly via the message feature on Eziu.com to submit a return request along with the reason and include proof of purchase.
- The seller evaluates the application and provides a decision within 3 business days.
- If the request is approved, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to the seller's specified address.
- After receiving the returned item, the seller will check the condition of the item and process the refund.
Refund
- Refunds will be made by the seller directly to the buyer's PayPal account or original payment method via PayPal within 7 business days after the seller receives the returned item and verifies its condition.
- For partial refunds, the seller will determine the amount to be refunded based on the condition of the item.
Dispute Resolution
- Direct communication: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through the messaging feature on Eziu.com.
- PayPal Mediation: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the buyer can file a claim through PayPal to resolve the dispute.
Consumer Protection
- Accurate product information: Sellers are required to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and condition of the goods.
- Seller's responsibility: The seller is responsible for the quality and authenticity of the goods sold.
- Right to file a claim: The buyer has the right to file a claim if the goods received do not match the description or are damaged.
- Buyers are required to keep proof of purchase (e.g. order number, payment receipt) as proof of transaction.
- The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs if the damage to the item is due to the seller's error.
- Buyers are advised to insure return shipments to protect themselves from the risk of loss or damage to goods during shipping.
Special Conditions and Responsibilities
- Items damaged during shipping: Buyers must report the damage to the seller and shipping courier within 5 days of receiving the item and include photo or video evidence.
- Returns due to product errors: If the item received does not match the description or has a factory defect, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.
- Exchange of goods: Buyers can exchange goods with different sizes or colors as long as the goods are still available. Shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the buyer.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or inability to fulfill its obligations under this Policy if such delay or inability is caused by an event beyond the control of such party, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, or pandemics.

- This policy applies to all transactions made through Eziu.com.
- This policy does not apply to items that have passed the return period.
