Order Cancellation Policy
1. Seller's Right to Cancel
The seller has the right to cancel the order at any time, but the seller will be charged a platform fee if the cancellation is made more than 3 days after the order is placed. Cancellations can occur for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Stock availability: If the ordered product is out of stock.
- System errors: Including pricing errors or incorrect product availability information.
- Product quality: If the product does not meet the established quality standards.
- Other operational reasons: Including force majeure events such as natural disasters or significant technical disruptions.
2. Cancellation Notification
The buyer will receive an official notification of the order cancellation via email or in-platform notification.
3. Refund
If payment has been made, funds will be fully refunded by the seller via PayPal to the buyer's original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on PayPal policy.
4. Buyer's Cancellation Request
Buyers may submit a request to cancel an order by contacting the seller through the in-platform messaging feature. The seller will consider the request and provide confirmation within 48 hours.
